Delegate meetings start at 2:00 PM and normally end no later than 5 PM

At Delegate meetings, light refreshments are served at a mid-point/break.

Each member club is entitled to send 4 delegates to Delegate meetings. Each delegate has one vote on official actions taken at the delegates meetings
